• Should I use this form, or another?

If you are ready to pick a date, go to “Book Appointment” to see my calendar and availabilities

• Do you do coverups?

Yes! though the success of a coverup varies, as everyone’s expectations are different. Factors that will complicate coverups are, scarring, very dark areas, and size.

Sometimes to achieve what the client has envisioned, laser tattoo removal is required. If you would like to discuss a potential coverup, fill out and submit this form.

• Can I see a design before booking in?

If it is a custom design, no, due to the time required in drawing and designing, a deposit will be required before I work on a design.

I can however provide rough photoshop designs to convey ideas for composition. Please specify if you require this service.

• I have a medical condition/disability, can I get tattooed?

Get in touch to discuss if it is safe to be tattooed. If you have a disability and require special assistance, please get in contact so I can accommodate your needs.
